I led all aspects of the assessment system in the College of Education, ensuring that we were aligned with GaPSC (our state education accreditor) standards in all of our education programs. My tasks varied from working 1-on-1 with faculty to develop program specific assessment approaches, to writing and delivering college-wide assessment trainings on core assessment topics (e.g., writing strong program goals), to writing accreditation reports for the GaPSC review process. I focused on conducting high-rigor data analysis in my work and paired that with a highly collaborative interpersonal work style to build high quality assessment systems in a supportive environment that increased engagement among those with whom I worked.
