A Police Officer working on frontline response policing in one of the Met's most demanding BCUs (Central East): responding to emergency calls from the public, managing conflict, managing risk and investigating offences from initial response through to court. > Whilst working at RAF High Wycombe in the COVID Response Cell: led changes to the RAF's approach to COVID testing and certification processes (worldwide) to meet ever changing testing requirements for each individual nation. This required managing demands from across the RAF (including specialist units needing to fly on very short-notice) and liaising with MOD HQ testing hubs to arrange testing that met each individual crews itinerary (often crossing multiple borders). > Whist working for Nuffield Health on their sizeable contract with a corporate client: analysed the measures the client was using to measure Nuffield's performance. Conducted a further analysis into gym usage, focusing in particular on gym class attendance across the gym's opening hours. Taking lessons from this learning, I redesigned and implemented a new class timetable, tailored to the peaks and troughs of demand throughout the day which in turn reduced the 'non-attendance' that was dragging down Nuffield's quarterly KPIs. Contributed to the expansion of the Nuffield contract from purely fitness to dental and medical service provision. I am excited by chances to learn, develop new skills and to use my experience to benefit those I work with and for. Having spent time learning in military and policing environments I am particularly passionate about security, with cyber security being an area of personal interest.
