• Built and continually revamped the recruiting and people operation functions as the company grew from a 20 person New York City team to 400 remote employees and from under $5M to over $25M ARR and from Seed to $100m acquisition by Chegg.• Managed a ten-person fully remote People Department• With many others, ensured the success of Thinkful's acquisition from diligence through team integration

As Thinkful's first Recruiter, I ensured the quality and pace of our HQ team growth as we scaled from 20 to 80 full-time employees.

As Mentor Team Manager, I sourced, hired, and managed our most valuable resource: high-quality Mentors. I grew the Educator team of remote Mentors by over a hundred as Thinkful expanded its student community across the United States.
