Monitor and report on progress towards these targets. Refine insights reports as needed and distribute them accordingly•Data Compliance: Data cleaning, monitoring and correction, as well as regular updates to data records. Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and mitigate errors-related risks•Managed, controlled, and led the supply chain to optimize product and information flows for over 1 million items per year across 25 physical stores and 1 online store. Ensured store supply optimization, achieving a competitive advantage through timely product availability, accurate demand forecasts, and optimized inventory management strategies•Participate and assist for the optimizing and enhancing of the supply chain•Benchmark: providing market prices analysis. Assist for setting pricing strategy•Participation in bi-annual purchasing sessions at Celio France in Paris•Streamline and standardization of processes between Tunisia and Algeria•Management, recruitment, training, and evaluation of teams in Tunisia and Algeria (Logistics, Product and Warehouse managers)

• Warehouse Management: Oversaw and controlled all activities within the warehouse, including the movement and storage of materials and goods, inventory management, picking, and shipping• Management, monitoring and controlling of physical and information flows for nearly 500K items per year for an 11-store network / ensuring store supply optimization• Team Leadership and Development: Managed, recruited, trained, supervised, and led the supply team, consisting of 20 employees, including warehouse managers
