As the point of contact with the wind turbine supplier during the negotiation and execution of Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) for wind farms in UK and Sweden, I have the following responsibilitiesTSA negotiation- Leading the negotiation and agreement of the technical elements of the TSA including chairing progress meetings and technical discussions with the turbine supplier- Inviting and analysing TSA tenders; assessing profit and risk- Reviewing technical documentation and coordinating technical discussions- Participating in legal and commercial (FIDIC) contract terms negotiations with the turbine supplier- Participating in internal commercially focussed meetings to manage milestone risksTSA execution- Management of the execution of the TSA, ensuring the requirements of the TSA Specification are delivered in accordance with the programme- Chairing monthly site project progress meetings with the turbine supplier- Managing contract administration including invoicing, variation orders and disputes- Leading quality assurance activities throughout the project, including turbine snagging, delivery inspections and factory acceptance tests- Reviewing technical documentation and coordinating technical discussionsAdditional responsibilities- Preparing preliminary turbine selection shortlists to support early feasibility studies - Building solid working relationships with suppliers and contractors- Developing and documenting functional best practice and procedures
