Ben Grant is a Partner in the Seattle office of Bain & Co. Ben is affiliated with Bain & Co.'s Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Performance Improvement practice areas, and helps lead the Engineering and R&D practice in North America.Ben has worked in multiple industries including aerospace and defense, industrial goods and services, retail and consumer products, natural resources, technology (hardware, software), and healthcare (payers, pharmaceuticals, medical devices). Ben's client work experience spans performance improvement, growth strategies, organization design and implementation, post merger integration, M&A due diligence, and customer segmentation for large public corporations and private-equity owned businesses. Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Williams College and has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar with High Distinction.Ben is a founding member of Bain Seattle's leadership team, and currently leads Associate Consultant recruiting for Seattle.In his free time, Ben enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, cooking, skiing, and reading. He is the proud parent of three small children, so free time is more of a concept than a reality.
