For the benefit of humanity, I aim to accelerate scientific discovery, exploration and domestic economic activity; address space national security challenges, particularly transforming space operations from disposable, vulnerable space systems to diverse, dynamic and sustainable;Eliminate the barriers and reducing the costs to accessing space enabling a broad set of space capabilities and accelerating innovation. We are focusing our efforts first in cis-lunar space then earth orbit to provide data and information, payload hosting, satellite deployments and logistics services.

Mr. Reed currently serves as the deputy division director of the Satellite Servicing Projects Division at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

I was honored to serve as the Director of Civil Space Policy for the National Space Council on a rotational assignment. As a member of the NSpC staff we reviewed United States Government space policy, including long-range goals, and develop a strategy for national space activities; developed recommendations for the President on space policy and space-related issues; monitored and coordinated implementation of the objectives of the President's national space policy and strategy; fostered close coordination, cooperation, and technology and information exchange among the civil, national security, and commercial space sectors; advise on participation in international space activities conducted by the United States Government; and facilitate the resolution of differences concerning major space and space-related policy matters.
