As an individual I would describe myself as determined, motivated and enthusiastic. I can communicate well with a diverse group of people, however large or small that may be. I can follow instructions closely, and give clear instructions to others. I am not afraid to suggest ideas or give my own opinion in a situation where I believe it may help. The majority of my working experience has been within the engineering industry where a high standard of work is essential. The skills I have acquired challenge myself to achieve new things and to expand my skills. When I am given a task, in any field of work, I have a hands-on approach, a hunger to learn and the willingness to see something through to the end.
