Responsibilities: assist in preparation of all financial reports and financial statements with particular emphasis on AP, AR, cash management, and reconciliation of GL accounts, assist with financial statement audits and SOX compliance and preparation and filing of property tax filings, assist in development and maintenance of internal control systems, policies, and procedures, assist in management of day to day accounting department and accounting staff, including training and mentoring of accounting staff, etc.

Responsibilities: plan, prepare, and execute audit and attest engagements from start to finish, oversee day to day activities of audit associates assigned on engagements and overall progress of the engagement, develop and train staff , manage budgets & fee realization, cultivate/manage client relationship, perform field/collateral exams, and other consulting engagements.Areas of emphasis: financial statement preparation/drafting, risk assessment, GAAP compliance and evaluation of internal controls.Industries and entities served: construction, manufacturing, software, retail, cooperatives, venture capital, medical device, and employee benefit plans; served public, privately held, and not-for profit entities.

Responsibilities: plan, perform, and evaluate results of audit and attest procedures for public, private, and not-for profit entity engagements, performed various field/collateral exams, and other consulting engagements.Areas of emphasis: cash, accounts receivable, pre-paid assets, intangible assets, PP&E, debt, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, inventory, and equity, etc.
