I take great pride in my strong reputation within marketing teams, sales staff, and with all of my clients for over 25 years.My key responsibilities are highlighted below: Managing the commercial production and monthly billing for our clients. Coordinating the production of advertisements by other team members. Assisting AE’s with building client relationships and effectively help our sales team close deals or increase market shares. Working with outside agencies in news and commercial production of advertisements by other team members. Develop, write, story board, direct, shoot, edit or produce quality advertisements to meet our clients’ expectations and deliver strong ROI for clients. Serve as the drone team leader for our tv station. Leading training for drone team members, managing our drone fleet, and performing hundreds of successful drone flights for breaking news and commercial photography and videography. Developed and produced station marketing campaigns that have resulted in major growth on various platforms. Generated sales growth and retention of our customers. I have worked with some clients for decades. Researched and identified new market opportunities in our area and across our platforms for marketing and outside sales. Performed the duties of interim marketing director and backup for our marketing director for years.Furthermore, my experience of working or helping, at some level, in every department in a television station over the last 25 years has largely enhanced my knowledge and appreciation of my leaders, team members, and colleagues in each department. I am on call for news daily for drone video, breaking news coverage, or coverage of major events and disasters. My excellent time management, customer service, multitasking, and decision-making skills as well as communication capabilities help me be reliable to jump in at a moment’s notice to help other departments and still meet my current deadlines and responsibilities. I can honestly say that I am a very genuine, driven and responsible person. I always value the opinions and efforts of my team members, and I fit well in a work environment where team collaboration matters but there is also a creative outlets. I am passionate about utilizing my strong work ethic, analytical skills and a commitment to personal growth through continual training. I plan to utilize my quick learning, business operation, organization, and leadership skills to become an immediate asset in a new role.
