Was responsible for ensuring that the mechanical elements of my sites, predominantly HM Prisons, are completed to specification, within timescales and to budget. I was accountable for planning, co-ordinating and delivering mechanical components for modular build projects including producing labour forecasts and material take offs. I monitor site progress closely through regular visits and close relations with my site foreman. I produced monthly cost analysis reports that are submitted to my Operations Director. I tender, assess, negotiate and select suppliers and sub-contractors. This is monitored throughout progress of works. I co-ordinated mechanical services, from design drawings that I produced using CAD, through to installation.
