I came back to Conferma for a summer internship in the security department, where my task was to conduct application vulnerability audits (AVAs) on the company's various websites. Having taken a course in this field in that year of university I was well equipped to the task of auditing the company's applications and websites, and my work was compared to several external audits that had been conducted on these sites as well. This role was very fulfilling and my colleagues mentioned I had made a very positive impact to the department while I worked there.

I was given multiple tasks and projects to work through in my time at conferma. This includes researching and implementing various pieces of network infrastructure for added productivity and security, such as System Center Configuration Manager and Tenable.io; managing and solving problems experienced by members of the company with their PCs; and upgrading the dev-test environment to Windows Server 2016 from Server 2012.

Worked in the HR department to build a trial version of a talent management helper application, using VC# and SQL. Also helped with translation work and other language based tasks for the department.
