My professional experience began working with an indoor football team in Lexington Kentucky, as a sales rep and game day coordinator. I worked in this position while finishing both my Bachelor's and Masters degrees in Business Administration.After I graduated, I worked as a Production Supervisor for Ryan Homes, and transitioned into Sales with the Cincinnati Enquirer.I spent 5 years with the Enquirer, developing my customer service and account management skills in roles as both an outside sales rep and an Account Relationship Specialist. It was the latter where I developed my skills in the online advertising realm, working on the back-end of online campaign implementation.I transitioned to a management role with Summit Business Media, later Summit Professional networks where I worked with a team of Digital Ad Ops professionals to manage the digital advertising campaigns for our clients. We were later acquired by ALM in early 2015. I currently work with ALM as the Director Digital Ad Operations. I oversee a team of Campaign Managers that manage the day-to-day digital advertising operations for 30 brands associated with the ALM group of publications.
