I was a significant contributor in the creative digital process to ensure the seamless delivery of projects. As the digital creative lead on the majority of digital projects, I was responsible for overseeing the entirety of a project’s lifespan. This involved working closely with UX Designers and Strategists during the analysis and recommendations phase, defining design principles and influencing creative direction with UI Designers. Finally, I ensured that the developer handoff was completed only after meticulous supervision.Over time I became a ‘digital advocate’, facilitating collaboration between brand and digital teams; inspiring, and challenging where appropriate. My role was one of validation, to ensure that the new Visual Identities met the strict accessibility standards and conformed to digital best practice.

In my role as Design Director, I was responsible for helping define the strategic and creative direction for multiple FTSE100 company’s digital experiences, including large corporate websites and annual reports. This gave me the knowledge and hands on experience to own the UX process and work alongside consultants, developing user requirements, content, page flows, and wireframes.Working closely with the Digital Creative Director, I played a significant role in the recruitment and mentoring of the Digital Design team. My strong attention to detail helped maintain a continually high standard of work produced by the team, which resulted in multiple award winning websites for our clients.

Responsible for producing rigorous digital experiences based on considered insights and learnings for several FTSE100 companies. The role required me to be heavily involved in defining the user experiences, leading the user interface design and development handoff.

From concept brainstorms right through to delivery to the client, I’m responsible for leading the design and art direction on several of the agency’s major accounts.This involves digital and print work of all shapes and sizes, from websites and online media, to adverts and brochures for and on behalf of the company’s clients.I work side-by-side with the Creative and Design Directors, the content team, as well as overseeing the work of junior colleagues to ensure the work leaving the studio meets the client’s expectations and is of a consistently high standard.
