About Ben Bayer
Als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher arbeite ich immer sehr gerne mit Menschen zusammen. Mein beruflicher Werdegang startete mit der Tätigkeit als Erzieher in verschiedenen Kinder- und Jugendheimen, die begleitet wurde von meinem nebenberuflichen Engagement als DJ in Kieler Clubs und auf Veranstaltungen. Diesen Nebenberuf machte ich später zu meinem Hauptberuf im Angestelltenverhältnis. Es folgte eine längere Zeit der Selbstständigkeit als DJ mit Handel / Einbau von Eventtechnik, während der ich zusätzlich als Moderator tätig war. Der in meinem Privatleben entstandene Wunsch nach anderen Arbeitszeiten führte mich 2011 zu der aktuellen Tätigkeit im Support einer der größten deutschsprachigen Community-Plattformen, deren Support-Team ich mittlerweile leite.
