Currently working as Technical Solutions at a healthcare software company, Epic. The role offers a large amount of growth and experience in multiple avenues. Solving technical problems, troubleshooting code, and devising creative solutions are all part of the core role. As is the ability to communicate these solutions and ideas to both technically strong analysts and less technical, bigger picture executives at some of the largest hospitals in the US and Europe. In addition to the core role, I'm also working on project management and leadership skills by identifying the largest areas of improvement for whole locales, and helping implement solutions for multiple clients. At the University of Bristol and Cardiff University, I achieved an undergraduate degree in Mathematics (2:1) and a postgraduate degree in Computing (Distinction) respectively. An analytical and adaptable problem solver with a strong academic foundation in mathematics and computing. Proficient in written and verbal communication, with fluency in both English and Welsh.
