Lawyers don't have time to exercise. They barely have time to see their family. Our mission: to help high-achieving lawyers realise that physical activity is the foundation of a successful life and career, not an optional extra. 7 years later, we have equipped 100s of lawyers with a clearer head and healthier mindset to navigate their (very) stressful careers and be there for their families.In January 2024 I'm proud to be opening our doors to a handful of new lawyers who are looking for their next (or first) personal trainer.
