1St Battalion The Rifles

Responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of all training, projects and operations for an organisation over 600 people strong. The single tasking authority with oversight and control of all activity including acquisition and allocation of resources. Prepared and deployed the Unit on a United Nations Peacekeeping Mission for 6 months whilst concurrently providing Military Assistance to the Civil Authority during the COVID-19 pandemic and deploying Training Teams across Africa and Europe. The job required a high level of people, resource and project management skills on a large scale with an understanding of the strategic context behind all activity.

5Th Battalion The Rifles

Complete responsibility for all training, management and oversight of a team of 52 British soldiers and an armoured vehicle fleet worth over £33 million. Operating with a specialist Anti-Tank capability with complete autonomy to deliver the Battalion's primary asset against the most potent threats. Deployed on Operations in Eastern Europe as part of NATO's Baltic deterrence as well as delivering capacity building to overseas Armed Forces. Instrumental in the planning of the Estonian Strategic National Defence Plan.

An acting rank of Major within the contract management team for the Recruiting Partnering Project with Capita Plc. Responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring policy to ensure recruitment targets were met against tight timelines. Negotiator of complex issues in an area that had multiple owners and a wide stakeholder set as well as the primary advisor on Officer recruitment to the parliamentary questions panel within Army Recruitment Headquarters.

Infantry Training Centre, Catterick

Instructor and team leader of an experienced training team delivering comprehensive military training to over 200 recruits. Involved direct instructing, career management, project management and extensive coaching and mentoring.

5Th Battalion The Rifles

Responsible for all training, management and oversight of a team of 35 British and multinational soldiers. End-to-end project management of multiple training exercises. Deployed on operations in Eastern Europe as part of NATO's Baltic deterrence along with other deployments all over the world.
