Specifically, we take overgrown landscapes that are (typically) 10+ years old and bring them back into shape, making them easier, less costly, and less time consuming for homeowners to maintain.

Involved with various aspects of project logistics, scheduling, and management from start to finish. Bartron Builders, Inc. is involved with three main lines of construction: remodeling, commercial up-fits, and custom homes.We do quite a bit of work with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in remodeling foreclosed homes all over the upstate of South Carolina. Because of this, our name has been passed on to investors, banks, property managers, and individuals who are looking to re-hab investment properties (or occasionally personal homes). We also do commercial up-fits - AT&T being one of our most recognizable customers. Our most recent up-fit was an AT&T retail store in the Haywood Mall next to Sears. Check it out! We have an Unlimited Commercial license which has allowed us to do even larger projects.Custom homes are also a priority. We staff our own finish carpenters and painters giving us the advantage of closely controlling the final touches a homeowner desires when having their new home built.
