Hello, thanks for reading. My name is Ben and I co-founded MOHARA. I am the COO which means I am focused on how we deliver repeatable quality for our customers. There's more about me and MOHARA below... - I’ve worked in professional services for 20 odd years, and sit at the juncture of tech products and business. Delivering for customers is what drives me. - Innovation is where an outcome is achieved in an uncertain environment. A great product is where you create a powerful outcome for users based in technology. I specialise in building innovative products. - The ecosystem for building innovative products is full of false promises and short termism. We believe in investing in long term partnerships, and doing what is right for our customers, as that is right for us in the long term too. - I love getting into the heart of a problem, and working alongside similarly passionate people. I love to see a great product come together, with politics and egos left to the side. - After 8 years with EY in Manchester, London and Mumbai, I changed course after my MBA at INSEAD. I started a marketplace business that, in retrospect, was doomed to failure, but that helped me meet Rich, my co-founder, and start MOHARA. I’ve worked at a top corporate, been part of a team that scaled and sold a business, as well as seen businesses fail, and had many experiences in between. And I just want to do it all over again. - On a personal level, I live in London with my lovely wife. I once wrote to Roald Dahl, and sent him a story. He advised me that, although I had a great imagination, I should learn another trade as well, or I might starve. So basically I’ve followed his advice since. - Rich and I founded MOHARA so we could make a genuine impact in the innovation space, whether you’re a start-up, scale-up or a corporate looking to do things differently. We specialise supporting businesses with pre-seed to Series A levels of funding, and we exist to make great people succeed. Let’s be pioneers together.
