High School Director of Coaching responsible for ensuring kids ages from 12 – 18 are organized, well coached and gaining a great experience for highly competitive regional traveling soccer organization who competes with the highest level of teams within a 7 state region· Manage and lead 5 age groups and a total of 10 teams· Head coordinator for recruitment with our first class graduating this year we have 4 of our 9 graduates playing in college· I create game and training schedules for the teams in this age group as well as coach three separate teams within the age group.
