Currently working as Sr.Project Engineer in the Design and Manufacturing of Heat Exchanger Coils. Responsibilities include analysis, design and development of new products with validation, performance and quality analysis. Testing of existing products, conducting internal product engineering and manufacturing audits according to ISO standards. Collaborate with Certification Agency to determine tests needed and get the product certified. Concept reevaluation based on test results and cost analysis. Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Test Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.

Design and Execution of Mechanical works such as HVAC, CHILLER systems including HEAT EXCHANGERS & PIPING, Fire Protection system, Plumbing, & Pump installations on large scale projects. Major line of discipline is Mechanical-HVAC MEP construction, with knowledge in REFRIGERATION & COOLING SYSTEMS, Duct work, installation of AHU and FCU. Preservation of Equipment's, planning, scheduling and design, quality control, review of plans and specifications, review of material submittals, qualifying sub-contractors, preparing AS-BUILT drawings, construction project management and project safety awareness program. Coordination with other trades to ensure that the project is finished on time and without any unnecessary delays.

Plan and coordinates manufacturing and production procedures in a SEMI-AUTOMATED industrial plant which includes BOILERS and ROLLER MILLS. Initiates and directs procedures to increase company output. Keep conducting tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost-effective production process is implemented successfully. Overall control of PRODUCTION, MAINTENANCE, INVENTORY & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT. Exposure to ERP, ISO AND HACCP systems. Apply the transition of new technology to make sure production continues successfully without any hassles and delays.
