Throughout my time at Foundever (formerly Sykes), I have been able to continuously benchmark myself in each role I’ve performed, earning a role as Operations Manager (Formerly Account Manager) in February 2020.My biggest strength is people management, being able to take on a hard but fair approach. I have been able to show support to Direct and Indirect reports at the sake time as performance managing and holding them accountable, frequently being able to help improve low performing staff and empower them.I am also strong with data and performance analysis, being able to utilise what data is available in order to identify reasons for low performance and form effective action plans to help remediate it.Throughout my time I have managed through a lot of extenuating circumstances which may have helped galvanise me and provide invaluable experience; these include managing through Covid and enacting large scale Work at Home deployment when we hadn’t preciously done work at home, Floods and also a cyber attack.I take a generally laid back approach which helps make me relatable to my peers whilst still being able to remain professional and effectively manage my line of business.
