Document control, on-site support for PM and superintendent. Schedule creation, maintenance and updating. Coordination of trades and interdisciplinary project tasks. Schedule and coordinate work within tenant-occupied spaces. Coordination with building management, design team, engineering team, and client team. Managing and coordinating client-contracted vendors.

I assist the account executive, chief estimator, and project managers on the Fidelity Investments account in delivering competitive pricing and quality project management throughout the country in all of the Fidelity Investments retail and corporate locations.

Mostly document control, shift coverage, punchlist, closeout and demolition. I spent more time on larger projects tracking open items lists as well as numerous change order items. I have also managed a few smaller projects on my own (with a project manager assisting).
