I applied my passions for mechanics and cycling to quickly become a key member of the sales team at the Bay Area’s #1 mountain bike retailer. Took initiative to develop extensive knowledge of inventory, including bikes, parts, apparel. Engaged customers and developed solutions that met or exceeded their needs. Often I helped them build a bike from scratch. I frequently surpassed their expectations. I worked with the management, mechanics, and sales team to make this happen. I earned a superior performance bonus for the five months when my monthly sales exceeded $10,000. My best monthly sale was over $25,000.
