I left school in July 2017 and went on the study an IT Level 3 Diploma in West Lancashire College for 2 years and achieved an MMP. During my time in College I was lucky to be able to have opportunities present themselves to me, the first being my Voluntary work within Sports Coaching. The experience was really enjoyable and taught me some lessons on how things are when working to plan activities and then teach Children that said plan we had came up with, hopefully helping the to develop skills and find enjoyment doing physical activities.During a similar time I was able to gain the chance to work with a team in my College, to create a presentation in order to advertise a new scheme that was being set up within the town. Heading towards the Summer of 2018, the opportunity for some work experience came up through the Career Ready scheme, in which I was 1 of 4 people throughout the College to gain this valuable work experience as an intern. My experience was with the HR department in the NHS, within Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals. The role was great and allowed me to look at areas that needed improvement, as I built up my confidence, teamwork, individual skills and knowledge of a professional working environment. The team that I was able to work with in the NHS where a lovely bunch of people who accepted me in from day one and I will forever be grateful towards each of them.After I left College, I worked towards gaining a qualification for a Business Administration Apprenticeship with UPS Building & Maintenance. I was able to gain more confidence within a fast paced working environment and used the opportunity to work hard to achieve as much as I possibly could, whilst still developing my skills.I joined Network Installation Solutions Ltd in November 2020 to complete my Apprenticeship in Businesses Administration. I was able to complete the Course in full and gain a overall Distinction Grade and am now currently still with the Company as a Technical Administrator.
