• Responsible for company-wide development of warranty and returns systems. • Liaising with suppliers to monitor product management.• Project managing any large warranty situations e.g. mass failures. Evaluating and controlling solutions to ensure standards are met.• Assisting sales office with sales leads, phone enquiries, and hard copy quoting.• Designing and creating marketing materials to a professional standard. Creating and managing marketing solutions to customer database.• Control and maintenance of company website, including advertising, ad products, pricing and general structure.

• Dealing directly with clients, supporting them with cashflow projections and options available due to endowment shortfall.• Managing financial advisor guidance, offering information, advice and solving problems.• Preparing client progress reports.
