Utilizing the strengths and expertise of many of the industry experts within our company, it is my responsibility to focus and organize the talent, strengths, and knowledge within R&B to provide a well-designed and high quality fire protection systems. I am currently responsible for the growth of the fire protection department, accountable for developing and securing new opportunities, delegating workload, verification of quality and completion of engineered systems, writing and checking specifications, managing the standards, leading department meetings, and responsible for the mentoring of new staff and internal training programs.
