- Worked within Commercial Operating Asset Finance in principal and agent role underwriting warehouse and term securitizations backed by esoteric assets, including aircraft, intermodal containers, equipment and railcars- Provided backstop financing and advisory services for acquisition of major container lessor by large Canadian pension fund- Assisted with underwriting and distributing ABS term securitizations to institutional investors, including term ABS offerings for Cronos (containers), SBAC (cell towers) and GreatAmerica (equipment)

- Evaluated loans as potential collateral for existing debt facilities provided by WFS for managers ramping up arbitrage CLOs - Shadowed deal teams on Commercial Operating Asset Finance and interfaced with credit team on $300 million term loan to AWAS Aviation Leasing (deal closed in January 2012)

- Co-authored feature piece for Private Wealth Magazine on the defensive value of residential mortgage investments (agency and non-agency residential mortgage backed securities, whole loans); research included interviewing wealth advisors and hedge fund managers- Worked on improving risk management and tracking exposures of underlying funds using Pertrac Financial Solutions software in combination with different macroeconomic indices
