Labour Relations Consultant - Team 4
Current- Interpretation and administration of collective agreements, City policies, and employment legislation.
- Consulting with leadership and HR Clients on Employee performance management, corrective action including discipline, and attendance support.
- Grievance and arbitration handling, as well as participation in Labour Relations Board activities, while applying dispute resolution strategies.
- Effective relationship building with a wide variety of stakeholders, while developing and promoting strategic labour relations consultation and training.
- Utilize sound judgement, tact, and discretion to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Support HRBPs and Operations clients with LR matters regarding employees under the IBEW Local 254 ECO, CUPE 37 & 709, and ATU 583 Collective Agreements.
