I provide administrative, discipline and financial support to the Commanding Officer including command of all regimental administrative personnel, conduct of audits of public and non-public monies and assistance in regimental operations planning as required.

Immediate Blue Light support to North West of England. 6 month tour of Afghanistan as an EOD Operator.

Human resources management for Regiments from 500-700 personnel in the UK and on Operations in Afghanistan. Responsibilities included administrative management, auditing of public and non-public funds and the command leadership and management of the HR Administrative team responsible for delivering finance, personnel administration and discipline to the Regiment.These tasks were often conducted in physically and mentally arduous conditions under difficult time and resource constraints and with potentially serious consequences of failure.
