Has the National Operations Manager, I am responsible to assure the on-site company representatives accountable for the overall management and coordination of work under the SOW are performing according to acceptable standards in the operational management, performance of services, and administration of subcontracted services. Manages subordinate Contract Managers who supervise sites/facilities on all matters. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and coaching subordinate managers. Monitoring performance of subordinate managers, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Project Managers; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Oversees contract administration of the staff responsible for contract performance from proposal Award through final contract closeout. Participates in the preparation and review of bids. Participates in the development of bid strategies and the negotiation of contract terms and conditions. Coordinates contracts-related matters with the project managers as required. Participates in the preparation of documentation; negotiation of terms and conditions, monitors subcontractors to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
