Ben is an independent consultant, assisting organisations in setting strategic level direction towards ‘Risk-based Organisation Management’ (ROM).His experience includes 20 years - and 100+ projects - of delivering and/or project–managing consulting services (i.e. enterprise level system modelling, detailed process mapping and requirements integration) to government agencies and the private sector. Completed projects span a wide range of organisations in the services, construction, mining, petroleum, leisure and manufacturing industry sectors – ranging in size from SMMEs to multinational corporations.His main focus is on assisting organisations in developing integrated management systems strategies, with a process approach and their own unique value chain as basis.
