I provide direct sales consulting in industrial automation for the manufacturing industry. I specialize in selling capital equipment, specifically laser markers. My duties include on-site product demonstrations, application sample testing, overall account management and satisfaction for northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania companies. My goal is to manage and grow Keyence laser marking throughout the region by prospecting and achieving sales goals.Along with my direct sales duties in Southern New England, I also mange a team of three Sales Engineers that cover territories in New Jersey, Long Island, New York, Pennsylvania and the Mid Atlantic region. My goal and responsibilities as the Area Manager include driving growth, implementing strategy and developing employees.

Served in a completely student run organization that provided EMS services for the campus population and visitors. During agency shifts I worked with a partner or small team as standby emergency personnel for sporting events, campus functions and performances. In order to be a successful I had communicate clearly and calmly with patients of varying degrees of mental and physical distress.

I was responsible for order fulfillment, which included the selection, quality checking, packaging and shipping of customer orders. I consistently exceeded the daily fulfillment goal of $10,000. I was also tasked with training and leading a team of less experienced associates, to assist with the overall productivity of the warehouse, as well as recruiting the help of more experienced associates for more complex projects in order to maintain productivity.

I learned, operated and became proficient with the Oasis-CRM system. When I was working as a lead instructor, I led 1-hour long weekly classes of up to 20 children, that ranged in ages 4-6 years old. During these classes I had to delegate tasks to my two assistant instructors, to keep the children safe and help them advance through the curriculum efficiently. As a birthday coordinator I managed 4, 90 minute birthday parties on the weekends, with a staff of two or three assistant instructors. When I was not operating Oasis or tending to the activities in the gym I was responsible for responding to the questions, comments and concerns of parents and other customers.
