With over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have developed a strong background in mortgage servicing, credit underwriting, and Fannie Mae guidelines. As a Lock Desk Analyst at Collins Community Credit Union, I was responsible for managing the daily lock requests, confirmations, and extensions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the investor and credit union policies. Prior to that, I worked as a Mortgage Underwriter and a Mortgage Loan Processor at the same credit union, where I reviewed and approved loan applications, verified income and credit information, and communicated with borrowers and loan officers. I have also acquired skills in Encompass, Calyx Point, and Microsoft Office. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting the credit union's mission of improving the financial well-being of its members.
