In leadership role, key achievements include: building a highly talented technical team to produce two popular blockchain apps on XRPL & EVM protocols, along with numerous open sourced tools. Securing $500k+ in grants and pre-seed funds. Partnering with industry leaders including Ripple, UCL CBT, Google Cloud, AWS Startups and Snowflake. Winning judges award for our live streaming on demand concept in UCL & Ripple's Block-Sprint, along with best UX award from Encode Club & Near Protocol. Selected for Techstars Web3 Class of 2023.

Created an app for interconnecting social media identities. This then led to providing project management and operational support to other startups and software development agencies. Projects included apps and website builds, ecommerce platforms and digital communications. Interested in emerging technologies.
