Upon working for Charleston Superyacht Charter, I was initially tasked as a solo deckhand/steward. My main tasks included the set up/break down of their yacht Miss Emily (92' Broward) before and after charters. After a few months of working on Miss Emily, I was asked to cook for the owners during their weeklong stays and on occasion cook for their events.

I started off working as a barback in Camellia's, the champagne room, in the hotel back in the fall of 2019. However, after some training I was promoted to a bartender at Camellias. The primary roles of the job included providing guest with superb cocktails in a quick and profession manor, assisting in the creation of cocktails for Camellia’s menu and creating a memorable experience for guests as guided by Forbes Standards. I have been a versatile member of the Bennett team and have worked in numerous roles throughout my time, including serving, bartending in multiple outlets and becoming a part of the event staff. Last year, the Hotel Bennett was voted #1 Luxury Hotel within the United States by USA Today.

I worked a yacht delivery 7/19/22-7/28, 8/3-8/6/22 on M/Y Montaña (106’ Sanlorenzo)From 7/19-7/28 Montaña traveled from Charleston to Manhattan. From 8/3-8/6 Montaña went from Manhattan to Newport.
