Onsite operations from June 2024 to present• Organize and manage daily calendar including class bookings • Manage and triage company email inbox and phone messages, including call backs for enquiries• Maintain and update company website and social media accounts, including responding and triaging of requests received via relevant messaging systems• Manage companies IT interface, including setting up relevant company accounts, troubleshooting potential issues, updating relevant company websites, maintaining relevant software on company devices• Assist with cold calling for potential students and upcoming promotional events to showcase the dojo• Provide excellent customer service to all current and future customers when liaising via phone, email and in person• Process data entry into company systems for customer profile details and payment information
