I support healthcare organizations to meet the needs of the most vulnerable, and to remain sustainable to continue to do so.I began my career directly serving marginalized person who living with serious chronic health conditions, helping those persons access healthcare, housing, and other life necessities. Often my patients were living on the streets and were not taking life sustaining medication- so I worked to help them find housing and access care. I then shift to managing and designing those programs designed to support patients who were often overlooked and not served by the existing, mainstream healthcare system.My work currently focuses on sustainability and growth for healthcare organizations that are intentionally working to improve outcomes and the lives of marginalized persons in a systemtaic way. I have taken what I have learned directly from those that the healthcare system has overlooked and I work to help healthcare organization acheive more equitable outcomes.
