Product Owner of global Pharma Tech cloud-based Atlassian platforms, including Jira and Confluence. Drove the overall strategy and governance of these tools towards consistent, agile ways of working for product teams and managed the overall tooling landscape for Pharma Tech. Process owner for global Demand Intake process, which used Aha! to filter and deliver over 1000 Ideas per year to the appropriate teams in Jira.

Client Engagement Manager - LATAM & USServed as point of contact for Global Commercial Services (an over 200-person organization) for the US and Latin America. This involved communications management for local markets regarding platform changes and upgrades, regular engagement sessions, voice of customer gathering, owning escalations and their resolution.

Served as Service Manager for a global web portal for health care professionals (HCPs), including roadmap and release scope management. Worked to ensure adequate level of support for the portal across the globe. Support also included multi-channel digital HCP engagement efforts. As a liaison with internal and external groups, worked to guarantee adequate level of IT services for incidents, service requests and change management. Technologies supported include products from the Adobe suite: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Connect, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics.

Served as lead IT Business Partner for a global web portal, which involved integrating webinar and chat functionality. Gathered requirements and created user stories while participating in an agile development process. Served as business owner in daily SCRUM calls with the development team to ensure business requirements are met appropriately. Served as the strategic IT point of contact for several marketing brand managers. Supported multiple channels including consumer and HCP digital channels, global corporate websites, mobile initiatives, eCRM programs and eDetails. Led the implementation of a large scale eCRM Patient Education and Support Program (PESP) for Oncology.

My role included operational support, internal account management, budget ownership and management of strategic projects for the Global Business Intelligence (GBI) team. The GBI team functions in a internal consulting model at Lenovo, specializing in Big Data Architecture, Segmentation, Predictive & Multichannel Analytics, and Testing & Optimization.

Served as project manager on the local and offshore delivery team for over 40 global websites. Brands supported were both in US Pharma and global Stiefel Dermatology sites. Also later served as an IT Business Partner supporting both Stiefel and Oncology teams.

Managed the interactive marketing department for a marketing and communications firm in Pittsburgh, PA. We served major corporations (H.J. Heinz Co., McDonald's, Highmark) as well as medium and small businesses.
