I managed the Murray-Darling Basin Balanced Water Fund which is using the water market to achieve integrated financial, social, cultural and environmental outcomes. I also managed and administered the Environmental Water Trust, which is an independent, tax deductable environmental organisation majority owned by TNC.I worked with TNC’s key on-ground partners to develop strategies, and deliver and monitor projects. I co-led the Australian Conservation Coaches Network which involves developing and promoting training opportunities and developing the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation in Australia. I developed and managed a spatial information system for the Nature Conservancy Australia. I have also led TNC’s contributions to, participation in and support of the Gondwana Link initiative in south–west WA.
