In addition to this portfolio, I was also the Executive Sponsor managing DHL's extensive property portfolio of over 90 facilities covering +1,000,000 sqm.Key Achievements in role:- $775m AUD new business won 2017 - 2022 including Nike, Apple, Lego, Samsung and the Australian Federal Government for the Covid vaccine warehousing and distribution- Signed largest individual deals globally within DHL for the past 3 consecutive years and a 4 x Sales Excellence Club - Played a key role in the assessment and due diligence of the Glen Cameron acquisition

As part of the National Logistics Team, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations whist striving to reduce spend and improve the businesses delivery service levels. Key responsibilities include: Safety – Full accountability for the regional safety program which is in line with the National Safety objectives.Customer Service – Leading and maintaining 1st class customer service to a large and diverse customer network.3PL Partner Management – Ensure 3PL partners meet their contractual obligations through score card reporting and the development of robust business relationshipsReporting – Understanding the cost drivers of transport and logistics and working to reduce operating costs to the business. Working as part of the larger business on cost reduction projects and the implementation of optimization programs in line with business objectives.Stakeholder Management - Act as the key point of contact for all logistics related activity, both internally and externally. As the General Manager - Solution Design I was responsible for recruiting and building a world class Solution Design team capable of supporting new business growth within the Chinese market. My team was responsible for the engineering and financial modeling of Supply Chain solutions and to act as a support function/Subject Matter Expert to the wider North Asia Team

Working for the Group Distribution team, my role was to identify areas of improvement within the logistics operations, develop solutions and engage and lead the team through a change management process with the aim of enhancing the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Supply Chain. The role also included the responsibility for the effective and efficient execution of BAU projects (catalogues and sales promotions).

Working for the Business Development department, my role was to respond to tenders and RFQ’s designing warehousing and transport solutions.

Worked as part of the team that outourced the I2M and Aftermarket Supply Chains for Mitsubishi Motors, with specific responsibility for evaluating RFQ respondents, Developing and Presenting the internal Business Case and drafting and implementing the governing Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the appointed 3PL.
