As a collaborative and creative leader, I am responsible for the Religious Identity of our school, promoting an inclusive and connected faith community. I have led the full implementation of a number of whole school initiatives using a variety of change management approaches including:- Positive Education which underpins our wellbeing and pastoral care approach, including staff professional learning & parent education workshops- Digital Technologies including coordinating the rollout of our 1:1 iPad program for Years 3 - 5 (100% school owned and managed program) including staff professional learning, parent education workshops and developing key relationships with Apple Australia- Recontextualising the Religious Education curriculumOther elements of my role include:- The Inclusive Education portfolio - supporting students with additional educational needs, parent support - Staff management - Educational Support, teaching and administration staff- Strategic Planning- Budget management.

As an Executive Member of PRIMA, we are responsible for being the voice for all APRIMs across Catholic Education SA. We are an executive body that advocates on behalf of all APRIMS in Catholic Primary schools, working with system leadership, Education Unions and professional organisations.We also support APRIMs through ongoing Professional Development opportunities including a Bi-Annual Retreat.

My duties ranged from coordinating the day to day management of the school, personal responsibility for staff, students and families as well as leading the internal professional development program for staff.
