Following the BITTS Programme I completed a 2 year rotation, spending 3 months in each department, to understand the whole company process.Following my rotation I chose to continue my development in Site Management.During this time I attended West Kent College, completing an HNC in Construction.

Working up from an apprentice carpenter, I was involved in all stages of carpentry including:- Timber Frame Construction- Roofing- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry- Finals and Snagging
