IG is a technology company who provide a range of solutions to facilitate back of house club and hotel management for internal administration processes. This software includes Player tracking and player loyalty, a CRM package, membership / marketing, gaming analysis, reporting services, promotions and a revolutionary Ticket in Ticket Out solution for transferring money into and out of electronic gaming machines.In this role with I was responsible for all company projects with priority being the deployment of the Flexi-NET TITO System and the subsequent product upgrades. At any time I manage multiple major projects in complex environments, with project budgets ranging up to $550,000, and I have an excellent success rate for delivering projects on time and on budget.In this customer facing role I was responsible for the implementation of each system including infrastructure, software installation and training delivery. Specifically this includes managing all stakeholders relationships closely throughout the lifecycle of the project as well as the daily scheduling and management of internal resources needed to complete each project including four trainers, three software developers, two software installation analysts and indirectly up to 15 gaming machine technicians.Projects were not limited to software and hardware roll-outs but extended to across the business as the need arose. Project planning R&D development cycles and sprints, sourcing new office space and managing the subsequent renovation of the office space including managing all trades and architects and managing major renovations and gaming floor refurbishments in client venues.

The club housed 15 gaming machines, a small bistro, TAB, Keno a pool table and 2 bowling rinks for use by its 800 members.I managed a roster of 6 staff and was responsible for all stock control & ordering, bar, cellar and gaming operations.In my brief time at the club I was able to gain significant savings through successful negotiations with suppliers.
