Overview:1. I take in charge of quality work for lighting and Christmas range in Globall Concept Asia. (We have 5 Suppliers for Christmas decoration without lighting. 2 in north China and 3 in south, about 60 SKU.)(We have 17 Suppliers for lighting. 5 in Jiangsu province, 7 in Zhejiang province and 5 in Guangdong province, about 300 SKU.)2. I take in charge of the sourcing for professional lighting motive in Globall Concept Asia.We have 4 suppliers for 2M USD turnover.My job is focused on: 1. Lead the QC team; 2. Sourcing the professional lighting motive. (last year 2M USD, 4 suppliers)3. Check the Cert for every SKU, make sure all items meet the standard requirement for different market. 4. Train the supplier and help them improve their factory quality control to make sure they are qualified for quality and ethic factory audit.5. Deal with the quality problem and complain from customer and follow up it with supplier to make improvement.6. Give quality supporting to buying trip.

Develop new products with the factory according to buying brief.4. Be responsible for sample collection, review sample with QA.5. Negotiating cost down, quality issue, MOQ and lead time in each season.

Range handled: DIY, Car assist, Garden Furniture，lighting，BBQ，Camping and furniture， Office chair Work handled：1. Buying trip with UK buyer to make sure quality support;2. Factory audit evaluation, new factory need to be audited both in quality and ethic;3. Sample pre-selection, QA will do the following up work after buying trip, sample improving would be done with the help of QA and factory. Main issue is to make sure items meet BS standard. Improved sample would be send to UK for re-confirmation; 5. Technique file designing for every product. QA would finish the technique file for inspection use, it would combine all the info for product and all the cert it had; 6. Inspection and follow up. I would do the inspection when it is first shipment for this item.7. Deal with UK customer complain and product improving. Focus on the return rate in UK market, do analyze for high return item. Help factory to improve the design for item with the info from UK market.
