I have been working in financial services since 2004 and joined Barnett Waddingham in 2009.After managing administration teams of various sizes since 2010, I became an associate in 2015 and was promoted to Principal in 2019. In June 2020 I was delighted to become a Partner at Barnett Waddingham.My specialist areas are:Leadership for large teamsRelationship managementBusiness developmentSolving client problems Having worked in the pensions industry for 16 years, I have significant experience in the management of all types of occupational pension scheme and have extensive knowledge of services for DB, DC and Hybrid pension schemes.I also have a passion for solving client problems through either existing or new service lines. This could be for the pension scheme trustee, or the company, via our ever growing suite of employer services.
