Oversight of Tim Hortons operations. Report to the QSR Coordinator. Duties include:-Monitoring food cost and labor cost controls for each location on a weekly basis. -Inventory systems management and through-put. -Oversight of staffing needs and processes.-Ensuring operations and cleanliness of restaurants meet brand standards of both the overarching restaurant, as well as J&H standards. -Hiring and training new management into our company. -Monitor maintenance repairs and costs.
