I am a highly motivated and ambitious graduate in Management and Information Technology BSc student from Lancaster University seeking to launch my career through a challenging and rewarding graduate scheme within consulting, hoping to be a part of a team motivated by innovation and development. I completed a Summer 2022 internship with an IT consulting firm, where I was able to gain an insight into working on projects, whilst further developing the skills I have learnt through my studies. For my final year, I have completed my dissertation exploring the attitudes of teaching staff towards adapting to new technologies during the pandemic, which I have been able to gain a good insight into effective change management solutions. I plan to utilise the skills and knowledge I have learnt and begin my career within the consulting industry through a graduate scheme, where I will be able to grow and develop these skills surrounded by experts within the field.
