• In my Marketing role at Drake Medox, my key responsibility was orchestrating innovative and engaging marketing strategies to not only attract new clients and potential employees but also ensure the retention of our existing clientele.• Leveraging the expansive capabilities of the Adobe Suite and cutting-edge AI tools, including Chat GPT, Midjourney, and Adobe's latest AI programs, I adeptly manage our company's social media presence. I consistently generate content that resonates with our audience and epitomises our brand's commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of our community.• A large part of my role was creating proposals for large companies to secure new contracts as the primary recruiters for both temporary and permanent recruitment services across the medical and crossing into the sister brand, Drake NZ with industrial and office recruitment.• Among my most noteworthy achievements was the successful rebranding of a key global project within the company. This work was recognised for its excellence and was subsequently adopted across Drake International. This experience solidified my abilities in developing and implementing impactful branding initiatives on a global scale.• Driven by a mission to continually enhance the quality of service provided to our clients, I viewed each marketing initiative as an opportunity to further this goal. Conducting, planning and directing both projects and operations in the Environmental Restoration Space. Managing stakeholders, project management and delivering on corporate sponsorship packages were large parts of my internship, including the planning and management as Event Director of Auckland's largest public open day, Love Your Coast Waitakere. My role included quite a bit of time travelling around New Zealand, where I would give educational talks, conduct restoration operations and collect data on environmental pollution in various regions.

Working at a sustainability-based refill and bulk purchase store, where customers can refill their packaging with foods and household items that they should need. Worked on stock level maintenance, customer service and general store maintenance.

Working at Tearfund on research, grading and providing tools to fashion businesses to improve their production processes. This was a part of the Ethical Fashion Report 2019 that was released on the 10th of April, 2019.This was a great experience, learning all about what processes are inherently unsustainable and how to find alternatives; learning about the policies and systems that should be in place to create a sustainable and ethical supply chain. I looked at quite a few certifications that exist and discerned which certifications work best for which areas and advised a few companies on where they should head on this front.
